We currently deliver to locations across Egypt. If your area is not within our coverage, please contact our customer support team to explore possible alternatives.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order and confirming payment, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order weight.
  • Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders during special promotions (details will be clearly stated at checkout).

4. Delivery Conditions

4.1. Accurate Address

Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order. TGGrill is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

4.2. Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us, and re-delivery fees may apply.

4.3. Receiving Your Order

We recommend ensuring that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. If no one is available, our courier may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

5. Perishable Goods

TGGrill is not liable for spoilage or degradation due to delayed receipt by the customer.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use it to check delivery status through the courier’s website or by contacting our support team.

7. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

If there’s a delay, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged order or find missing items:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the packaging and contents.

  • This helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
