If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair return and refund policy in accordance with Egyptian consumer protection laws.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

1.1. Damaged or Defective Products

If an item is damaged, spoiled, or defective upon delivery, you're entitled to a full refund or replacement.

1.2. Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that does not match your order, you may return it in its original, unused condition for a refund or replacement.

1.3. Non-Perishable Items

Returns for non-perishable items are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

1.4. Perishable Items

Due to the nature of perishable goods, returns are accepted only if the item is delivered:

  • Damaged

  • Spoiled

  • Incorrect

2. Conditions for Returns

  • To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

    • The item must be in its original packaging with all seals and labels intact

    • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

    • The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

    • Items purchased during flash sales, promotions, or clearance, unless they arrive damaged or defective

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Reason for return or refund

  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions

If your request is approved, our team will provide return instructions and coordinate with you for collection or delivery.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., credit card, wallet, or cash, depending on the order type)

6. Exceptions & Limitations

  • TGGrill reserves the right to decline a return or refund if the conditions above are not met
  • All returns and refunds are subject to local laws and Egyptian consumer protection regulations
